Kichline Antique Family Album

Volume 2

This album actually represents a collection of unmounted photographs from my father, Harry R. Kichline.
I've included even trivial annotations because they may help others identify photos from the same sets.
Harry Kichline was a chemist from boyhood to retirement, and developed and printed many of these pictures himself.

The most difficult thing about making an album is deciding what order to put the pictures in.
Organizing these chronologically is impossible for me, so I fell back on grouping pictures as infants, youths, adults, places, etc.
I'd appreciate any help in identifying the people and places here, and assigning dates if possible. Send feedback.
I've included comments where I have something to offer.

There seem to be three cousins or family friends featured in several of the pictures. These are not relations from the Kichline side;
any help identifying them would be greatly appreciated.

My mother identified this set of photos as "Harry's baby pictures."
This is the only reason I have to identify the most commonly seen infant as my father.

I'm guessing this is Dad by context. The resemblance is not strong.
However, this child looks a great deal like my own son, Joseph.

Eleanor Bird later became Eleanor Kichline. I remember her mentioning owning a fur coat when she met Dad.
The annotation is interesting. Perhaps it refers to the temperature, where such a coat comes in handy...

This is Josephine Aslin (not sure of the spelling.) We always called her Aunt Joe. She was mother's best friend.

Interior view of the Kichline home?
My father built and refinished quite a bit of furniture,
this photo may have been showing off a piece.
On the other hand, just shooting an interior shot with single-digit speed film
was the kind of experiment that would have interested my father.
